Shipping and Returns

1. Deliveries
 

All orders take approximately 3-7 business days to ship. If an item is overdue or out of stock, it may take up to 3 weeks to ship from our warehouse. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. All orders are shipped via insured postal service.
 

We do not process or deliver orders on weekends and national holidays. Any order placed on Fridays after 3pm GMT, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays will be processed the next business day.
 

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to bad weather, errors in the delivery service or due to a customs inspection or strikes due to force majeure.
 

Shipping costs for Europe are free from a minimum purchase of 199 € and with a maximum weight of 1Kg.

 

For the European Union it will be required to indicate the country of destination and on this basis, together with the total weight, the amount of the entire shipment (products plus shipping costs) will be calculated. The day of delivery will depend on the destination (3 to 7 working days) and on the goods ordered. Any import customs fees due to the right of withdrawal are charged to the buyer.
 

Any damage to the packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be contested by the buyer at the time of delivery, by putting the wording "Accepted with reserve" on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's transport document has been signed, the customer can no longer make any objection regarding the external conditions of the products delivered. In addition, the buyer undertakes to report any and all problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received within one day of delivery to the seller, by e-mail to info@aystone.com.


2. Disputes, guarantees and complaints
 

Any disputes relating to the integrity, flaws and / or defects of the purchased product must be reported by the buyer, under penalty of forfeiture, within 24 hours from the day of receipt of the goods by sending them by email to info @ aystone .com.

Once we have received your return / exchange request, we will agree on an exchange or credit and provide instructions for returning the item. Damaged / incorrect items must be returned unworn, re packed in the original packaging. Assuming our return policy has been followed, returned merchandise will be credited within 30 days of receipt.

The seller reserves the right to verify the actual defect reported by the customer and therefore to make the replacement only after this check.
 

The costs of returning the purchased goods to the seller remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Aystone guarantees the stone attachment system for 5 years, provided that the stone which, being a very delicate object, requires care and maintenance, has not been damaged. The aforementioned guarantee, in fact, will not be applicable in the event of negligence or carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product.
 

Any complaint relating to product deliveries and their characteristics at the time of delivery must be reported by the buyer to the seller through the number +32 471465214 or by writing an email to info@aystone.com.

Complaints must contain the description of the item purchased, one or more photos and the reasons on which they are based.


 

3. Return Policy
 
You have 10 days from the receipt of your order to exchange or return your items. The period starts on the day following the day the goods were received. We kindly ask customers who exercise this right to return unused goods, in their original packaging and with labels attached, with all user information. Distance selling regulations stipulate that it is allowed to examine products like in a shop, for example by taking the accessory out of the box to examine and try it on, however it is not allowed to wear it longer than necessary.
 

The buyer has the right of withdrawal without any penalty, the only costs to be borne by him are those relating to the shipment of the product.
 

To exercise this right, write to info@aystone.com. When exercising the right of withdrawal after the trial period (14 days), the goods must be returned at the customer's expense. We will send communication with the correct address to return the goods. You must use a reliable delivery service for proof of shipment.
 

Also make sure that the goods are properly packed to avoid damage in transit. We will not be responsible for such damages therefore we suggest to take out an insurance that covers the value of the goods sent.

Assuming that our return policy has been respected and the goods returned, the amount equal to the value of the goods will be credited within 30 days of receipt. If you are unsure about any aspect of our return policy, please send an email or call the above address.
 
Items returned without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund of the price paid will take place no later than thirty days. In the event of damage to the goods, any repair costs will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums paid.
 

4. Exchange
 

We offer a second shipment in case of an exchange. However, any taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are subject to the availability of quantities.
 

5. Appearance of the product
 

The color of the stone may vary slightly from the photos published, being natural stone, all images are purely indicative.
